2026 Internship - Therapeutic Recreation Internship

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities related to various programs such as After School, Release Days, Adventure Night Out, Summer Adventure, Venture Forward, and Destination…Anywhere!
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and other community partners to implement programming tailored to the unique needs of all participants.
• Maintain and update each participant's plan of care, ensuring it is current and accurate.

• Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
