2026 Experienced Analyst Program
About the role
The Analyst Program at Eastdil Secured is a 1-2 year duration initiative designed to equip experienced candidates with the necessary skills to excel in the field of commercial real estate. This program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training to prepare analysts for success in the dynamic environment of commercial real estate finance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior team members, focusing on financial analysis
- Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence reviews, and transaction execution
- Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analyses
- Create investment theses based on extensive market knowledge, research, and analytics
- Participate in client interactions to gain exposure to relevant transactions in the commercial real estate finance industry
Requirements
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with relevant full-time real estate finance professional experience
- Must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Strong financial analysis and Excel modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight timeframes
- Strong market research experience and interest in strategic planning and idea generation
- Personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with a preference for business, real estate, finance, and accounting concentrations
- MBA or Master's degree with previous work experience is preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
- Experience in ARGUS Enterprise is preferred but not required
- Proficient in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of deals using financial modeling techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines
- Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
