2026 Analyst Program (Alternatives Team)

About the role

The Alternatives Team at Eastdil Secured is a geographically and product type agnostic group focusing on a variety of non-traditional real estate verticals nationally. Recent achievements include executing the industry's largest traditional equity sales, recapitalizations, and programmatic joint venture structures in sectors such as self-storage, manufactured housing, and single-family rental/boomers-to-retirees (SFR/BTR).

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in the underwriting of asset sales and debt placements across all property types.
• Participate in client interactions to gain exposure to relevant transactions in the commercial real estate finance industry.
• Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis.
• Collect and review due diligence information.
• Create pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials (depending on office location).

Requirements

• Obtained a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree by Spring of 2026.
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
• Dedication to a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance.
