This position will be located at our Aeronautics sector in Redondo Beach, CA. Hybrid opportunity may be available depending on business needs. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management functional organization and support one of the following areas: Contracts, Investments, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

Requirements

• Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.
• Be majoring in or have majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required).
• Final approved U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access may be required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship, co-op, or other work experience.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Involvement in professional, community, or extracurricular activities.
