2026 Entry Level Rotational Program – Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement - Qnity Electronics
About the role
Qnity is seeking talented individuals to join our rotational program. This program offers immersive assignments in Supply Chain across different locations and functions, combined with formal education and networking opportunities. Participants will implement process improvements, optimize distribution networks, and drive competitiveness in material and service supply.
Responsibilities
- Implement process improvements in supply chain and procurement processes
- Optimize distribution networks
- Drive competitiveness in material and service supply
- Take on varied roles such as Asset Scheduler, Distribution Requirements Planner, Material Planner, Demand Coordinator, Business Process Specialist, or Procurement Process Improvement Specialist
Requirements
- Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business or related majors
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
- Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related fields
- Legal right to work in the United States without any employment restrictions
Expectations
- 100% geographic flexibility
- Willingness to relocate to new locations as needed
- Multi-year commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 12-24 months per assignment)
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Six Sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months)
- Demonstrates learning agility, possesses strong critical thinking skills, works across teams and effectively engages stakeholders to drive project success
Pay and Benefits
The Pay range for this role is $67,200.00 - $105,600.00 Annual. How Base Pay is Determined: Qnity has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
