2026 Internship (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

  • Undertake, initially, a range of administrative and support tasks for the Large Caliber Ammunition Supply Chain department.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
  • Recommend process improvements identified during the internship.
  • Support the documentation and updates of procedures or work instructions.
  • Support team and follow ITAR, FAR, DFAR, CPSR process with the following:
    • Purchase order management
    • Track open req’s to ensure timely PO transition
    • Run supplier monthly reports
    • Run monthly cost savings reports
    • Run monthly reports as required
    • Maintain Supplier forecasts

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation; No prior experience needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness. Ability to understand and follow directions.
