2026 Entry Level Rotational Program: Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering – Qnity Electronics
About the role
Qnity is seeking early career rotational programs to empower the next generation of engineers. Through a diverse offering of experiential learning assignments, participants will gain the necessary skills to advance to higher levels of industry-leading performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement engineering best practices
- Analyze and improve processes
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure
- Take on varied roles such as Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management
Requirements
- Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering majors from an ABET accredited institution
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in your engineering discipline/major
- Legal right to work in the United States without any employment restrictions
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities (taking initiative, agility, adaptability, influence management)
- Six Sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months)
- Training and experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high hazard process safety
Expectations
- 100% geographic flexibility
- Willingness to relocate to new locations as needed
- Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required
- Multi-year commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 12-24 months per assignment)
Pay
The Pay range for this role is $67,200.00 - $105,600.00 Annual. How Base Pay is Determined: Qnity has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
