AWS is looking for driven, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed new graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team, helping identify and attract world-class talent that fuels innovation across Amazon and serving as the next generation of leaders in our growing global recruiting organization.

Eligibility requirements

  • Graduate from bachelor's degree program between 6/2024 and 6/2026, or graduated from bachelor's degree program within past 24 months
  • Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA based on business need (relocation assistance provided, if eligible)
  • Ability to begin 40-hour/week, full-time employment in Summer 2026

Key job responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles - supporting teams that build and scale AWS services
  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission
  • Successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline
  • Set benchmarks and metrics, and prioritize to achieve SLAs
  • Draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners
  • Demonstrate exceptional candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize time, sense of urgency, and commitment to amazing customer service

Basic qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in the past 24 months

Preferred qualifications

  • Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment
  • Strong academic, leadership and/or extracurricular record
  • Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields

Pay

USA, WA, Seattle - 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
