About the role
AWS is seeking driven, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed new graduates to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent for AWS services, working closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Sources and engages candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles.
- Identifies, reaches out to, and builds relationships with prospective candidates, representing Amazon's culture and mission.
- Manages, prioritizes, and fulfills job searches against a timeline.
- Uses knowledge of Talent Acquisition and tech roles to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
- Generates candidates, manages client/account relationships, demonstrates strong organizational skills, communicates effectively, prioritizes time, and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Graduate from a bachelor's degree program between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated within the past 24 months.
- Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA based on business need. Relocation assistance provided, if eligible.
- Ability to begin 40-hour/week, full-time employment in Summer 2026.
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in the past 24 months.
- Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment.
- Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
- Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields.
