About the Role

The Department of Management and Marketing accepts applications on an ongoing basis for part-time lecturers to fill short-term temporary positions. Appointments may range from a single day to an entire semester and are subject to budgetary authorization. This pool is active for the 2026-27 academic year and will close on May 31st. Applicants must reapply annually to be considered for future pools.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.

Requirements

  • MBA or related graduate degree in the relevant field, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in the field.

Qualifications

  • Prior teaching experience, particularly with a diverse undergraduate population.
  • Three or more years of professional work experience in the relevant field.

Pay

Salary is dependent on educational preparation and experience, with appointments made within the following ranges (pro-rated for part-time assignments):

  • Lecturer AY (Range 2): $5,507 – $6,677 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 3): $6,221 – $13,224 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 4): $6,825 – $14,523 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 5): $8,593 – $15,211 per month

The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with qualifications.
