The College of Business and Public Administration (BPA) is accredited by AACSB and NASPAA (for the MPA) and offers undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Economics, Environmental Resource Management, and Public Administration. The Department of Management and Marketing seeks lecturers to teach courses in data analysis and related fields. This pool is used to fill short-term, temporary lecturer positions as needed throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in data analysis and related subjects within the Department of Management and Marketing.
  • Deliver instruction to a diverse undergraduate student body.
  • Engage in departmental activities and support student success.

Requirements

  • MBA or related graduate degree in the relevant field OR a Bachelor's degree with significant professional experience in the relevant field.

Qualifications

  • MBA or related graduate degree in the relevant field.
  • Three or more years of work experience.
  • Prior teaching experience, particularly with a diverse undergraduate student population.

Pay

Salary is dependent on educational preparation and experience, with appointments subject to budgetary authorization. The salary ranges for the Lecturer - Academic Year Classification are as follows:

  • Lecturer AY (Range 2): $5,507 - $6,677 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 3): $6,221 - $13,224 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 4): $6,825 - $14,523 per month
  • Lecturer AY (Range 5): $8,593 - $15,211 per month

The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience. Salary is pro-rated for part-time assignments.
