Responsibilities

• Takes necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment and facilities.
• Accepts the responsibility and arrives punctually for activities and duties as assigned.
• Maintains appropriate emotional control, physical health and personal appearance.
• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility as relates to school equipment and supplies.
• Communicates with cafeteria daily on how many lunches to prepare.
• Communicates with teachers regarding assignments for students placed in ISR.
• Checks for completion of assigned work before the students are allowed to return to the regular classroom.
• Returns completed assignments to the teachers.
• Maintains a quiet environment conducive to learning.
• Strictly enforces the discipline procedures of the ISR classroom in order to achieve behavior modification.
• Performs such other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, squat frequently; Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently; Ability to walk or move long distances from location to location around the building multiple times each day.

Pay

$12.50 an hour
