Course description:
This course in Modern Irish Language is designed for learners with no prior knowledge of the language. The course is intended to introduce students to and provide practice in the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Duties
- Teach the course based on syllabus and assignment guidelines provided by the program
- Mark assignments and tests in a timely fashion
- Hold one office hour per week
Qualifications
- PhD and evidence of established, up-to-date research expertise in the field of the program is essential
- University-level teaching experience in this field, with evidence of successful teaching, is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Salary: $19,994.55

Class schedule: Lecture: Monday 11AM – 1PM; Tutorial: Wednesday 12PM – 1PM.
