The San Juan Unified School District is seeking a full-time teacher for the 2026-27 school year at their Mariemont site. This position is permanent and open for one opening.

Responsibilities

• Teach subjects aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.

Requirements

• Valid California teaching credential.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 annually - $126,000/annually. Candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates, the maximum incoming placement is Column 4/Step 11.

Schedule

The length of the work year for teachers (Elementary / Secondary), middle school, and K-8 counselor/teacher librarian is 10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, with a professional work day.
