Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Help shape a child’s first mountain memories! As a KidsRule Instructor, you’ll teach and supervise kids ages 3–14 in a fun, supportive, and safe six-hour program. Whether on the slopes or in the playroom, you’ll create positive experiences that build confidence and a lifelong love of Snowsports. PSIA/AASI certifications grant pay differentials. Responsibilities & Duties Teach and supervise children using safe, fun, and engaging Snowsports instructionCreate and maintain a safe learning environment on and off the slopesCommunicate and demonstrate skills clearly and positivelyBe professional, enthusiastic, and approachable with both children and parentsAssist children who no longer wish to ski/ride through the House Mouse indoor programMaintain professional appearance in full uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required)Demonstrate knowledge of Jiminy Peak’s services, including lodging, food & beverage, and liftsUphold Jiminy Peak’s mission, vision, and core valuesBe punctual, reliable, and ready to work a set schedule, including weekends and holidays Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of ageStrong snowboarding ability at the intermediate (“blue square”) level or higherReliable transportation requiredAbility to lift at least 25 lbsMust submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if 18 or older Why Join Us?
