Niseko Black is hiring Chalet Hosts / In-House Dining Servers to join our team for the upcoming Winter 2026/2027season Niseko Black is seeking an experienced and qualified Snowboard Instructor to join our team in Niseko for the winter season. Share your passion for snowboarding while delivering high-quality lessons and memorable experiences for guests of varying abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 snowboard instructor qualification from a recognised instructor certification body
• Previous experience teaching snowboarding, preferably in a ski resort environment
• Strong technical snowboarding skills and a genuine passion for teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and adapt lessons to guests of different ages and ability levels
• Must hold a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa for the winter season
