About the role

The Chevron’s Finance & Commercial MBA Program (“FCMP”) is a prestigious two-year program that has produced numerous senior leaders within the company since its inception in 1946. Members of the program have held roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer, among others.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to various aspects of the business
• Make a direct and meaningful impact on the organizations where you work
• Interact with the highest levels of management
• Attend training, social events, and networking opportunities with program members, alumni, and senior Chevron leaders
• Gain exposure to senior leadership through international assignments
• Build relationships and gain exposure to new energies and energy transition
• Explore a variety of Finance and Business & Commercial assignments

Pay

The anticipated monthly range for this position is $12,825/monthly. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their respective degree level and discipline for U.S. payroll offers.

Schedule

The full-time start date for the Chevron’s Finance & Commercial MBA Program will be in August 2027.
