About the role

The successful candidate will teach students with disabilities in an inclusive classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies
• Collaborate with special education teachers and related service providers
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Teaching license from Nevada Department of Education
• Certification in relevant subject areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• At least two years of teaching experience
• Experience working with students with disabilities
