About the role
The Transformation Network seeks an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to join their team in Las Vegas-Smith, Hal ES. This position is dedicated to providing inclusive educational environments for young children with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with parents, other educators, and specialists to support student learning and development.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism, ADHD, and other special needs.
- Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed to ensure academic success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of special education best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- A current California Teaching Credential or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of professionals and families.

- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
