Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects with minimal delays while emphasizing customer satisfaction
- Manage a team, schedule, and costs with a focus on safety and quality
- Lead and mentor as part of a diverse team
- Resolve problems and conflicts effectively
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate subcontract trades
- Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and on-site management teams
- Handle subcontract award and buy-out processes
- Write and define project scopes
- Prepare, present, and negotiate change orders
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage project accounting and financial impacts
- Practice innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 to 20+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with scheduling software

Pay
The base salary range for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of factors such as role, level, education, experience, skills, location, and market considerations. The annual base salary range is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
Additional compensation may include profit sharing, appreciation rights, retirement contributions, travel subsistence, holiday pay, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, healthcare benefits, life insurance, and disability insurance, depending on years of service, location, and performance.
