We also might include the application window closing date as a short p maybe under a metadata paragraph but not a section. Could add a brief p at top:Application window expected to close on 10/29/2026.
That's permissible as minor metadata. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. We kept all substantive info. Check for any placeholder like "commensurate with experience" - none. Check for any repeated lines: we avoided duplication. Check for any invented content: we didn't add anything not in posting. Check for missing info: The posting also mentions "Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance" we included. Also "10 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Program and/or Project Management" included. Also "Technical Program and/or Project Management experience within critical, classified networks is required" included. Also "PMP Certification required" included. Preferred qualifications we turned into Skills. Benefits we captured: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, short/long-term disability, basic life insurance, paid time away details, sick time, volunteer days, annual bonuses. We omitted the sales incentive details because it's not relevant to non-sales role; but the posting includes a lot of sales incentive details. However we might include them under Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include a subsection under Benefits about incentive pay? But it's quite detailed and maybe not needed. However we should preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details. The sales incentive details are substantive. Should we include them? They are part of compensation details. Could be placed under Pay or Benefits. Since we already have Pay section with salary ranges, we could add a paragraph about incentive pay for sales roles, but the role is Program Manager (non-sales). However the posting includes that text generically; we should preserve it. It's not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. So we need to include it. We need to decide where to put it. Could add a subsection under Pay: "Incentive compensation" details. Or under Benefits: "Additional compensation". Since it's about pay, better under Pay. Thus extend Pay section: after salary ranges, add a paragraph about incentive compensation details (the long text). Ensure we don't invent. Let's extract the incentive compensation text: "For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable Cisco Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, Cisco Typically Pays As Follows .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; andOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
