Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop a care plan
• Directly cares for patients and collaborates with the patient care team
• Leads the patient care team towards achieving goals in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy
• Empowers and motivates employees to enhance their satisfaction and productivity

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: At least five years of clinical experience, one year of charge nurse experience, and one year experience in the area of specialization
