About the role
Repair parts/components that are non-conforming to customer specification by welding, grinding, or other methods as required.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and weld metal parts
- Develop welding parameters, procedures and fixturing for new applications
- Ensure the quality of metal parts before assembling them
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Utilization of plexus (ERP system)
- Conduct housekeeping for personal work area or shared facility space
- Maintain welding equipment
Schedule
1st Shift / 6:00AM-2:30PM M-F located at our Plant in Richmond, KY.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years in relevant work experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications
- Certified in tig welding
