1st Shift Warehouse Selector - Full Time

Pay

Starting at $20.90 per hour, with two pay raises in the first year. Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency, and on average selectors earn 13.36% above their base hourly rate plus overtime.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Start time is 6:50 am; finish time varies based on work volume. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on your feet for 10‑hour shifts in a warehouse environment
• Lift up to 100 lb and handle frozen products in extreme cold or hot conditions
• Select items using scanners, pick lists, and signage
• Maintain accurate order processing and delivery support
• Participate in dedicated training provided by the company

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Capability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
