1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Selector

Pay
Starting at $20.90 per hour. Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year. Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency. On average, our selectors earn 13.36% above their base hourly rate, plus overtime.
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Start time: 6:50 am - finish time (shifts vary based on work volume). Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in our freezer. Selecting is hard work, and the better you perform, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
- Successfully pass a drug test and a background check
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required
