About the role

Coordinate, develop and monitor manufacturing crew production schedules. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements. Develop master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet production and shipping deadlines. Interpret production data to identify needs and staffing requirements. Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and monitor manufacturing crew production schedules
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements

• Interpret production data to identify needs and staffing requirements

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience
• Good knowledge of general/standard administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and methods
• General knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs related to the print manufacturing process or administrative support
• Familiarity with applicable skills and procedures required to perform the duties listed above (Position Specific Details)
• Additional job knowledge, skills, and/or abilities specific to a department as listed above
