1st Shift Shipping Rover, Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform packaging as required by customer, contract, carrier, and in-house specifications.
• Identify and package completed parts per customer specifications.
• File paperwork in appropriate places.
• Inspect and check all paperwork for accuracy prior to shipping any parts.
• Mark all parts prior to final inspection.
• Work with various departments, especially scheduling, to communicate schedule requirements for on-time shipment.
• Coordinate with packagers.
• Accurately scan job orders into the computer.
• Work in customer portals to ship items as required by contract and customer requirements.
• Examine contents and compare with records, such as invoices, to verify accuracy of outgoing shipments.
• Identify and mark completed parts per customer specifications.
