1st Shift - Sanitation Technician

Responsibilities

• Works alongside the entirety of the Sanitation Department
• Responds and facilitates all sanitation duties, practices, and responsibilities across all departments as needed
• Manages time independently according to production demands and schedules
• Ensures adherence to safe work practices
• Adheres to food safety protocols
• Performs moderate lifting and general housekeeping duties
• Cleans trays and gaylords
• Uses Microsoft Outlook E-Mail software proficiently
• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Organizes and coordinates multiple tasks, including coordination with the sanitation department and supervisors
• Works within aggressive timeframes
• Available to work outside normal working hours
