1st Shift Production Lead- Medina
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. For tables, we can keep as etc. Not prohibited. So we can include tables. We need to structure sections: maybe "Objective / Purpose", "Responsibilities" (or "Areas of Responsibility / Tasks"), "Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications", "Physical Requirements", "Work Environment". Could also split responsibilities into subsections but we can keep as one section with lists. We must not create sections with filler like "Pay", "Schedule", "Benefits". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive info: objective, list of tasks under each area, qualifications, physical effort table, work environment table. We need to remove duplicated lines: there may be repeated lines like "Assist with training/cross-training new and existing employees; Assist with conducting monthly training records." appears only once. Also "Assist with allocation of workforce..." etc. We need to format lists: For each bullet, use
- . For prose paragraphs, use
. We need to keep headings as
. Use exactly the heading text? Probably keep as given: "Objective / Purpose", "Areas of Responsibility / Tasks", "Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications", "Physical Requirements", "Work Environment". Could also shorten but better to keep. Inside Areas of Responsibility / Tasks, we have subheadings: General, Safety & Environmental Compliance, Communication, Training, Quality, Repack & Blending, Bulk, Pulverizing. Should we make those as
? Not allowed; only h3 for section headings. We could treat them as or within
. But we could make them as
but instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use
for section headings. Could still use
for subheadings? Safer to avoid extra headings; we can keep them as or just as part of list. We'll produce:
Objective / Purpose
The primary purpose of the Production Team Leader is to conduct all duties of Production Operator while assisting the Production Supervisor with training and general direction of the Production department.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
Then we can have subheadings asmaybe but risk. Better to keep as
General
then- etc.
We'll need to list each duty.

- each.
Now Physical Requirements: we have a big table. We'll output as with etc. Keep the content.
We need to include the heading "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: See attached addendum for all physical requirements." as prose maybe
. Then the table. Similarly Work Environment. We must remove the EEO notice and the line "All Employees are required to deliver the desired results intended for their role, at the designated level of knowledge, skill, and ability commensurate with their job title and level within the organization." Might be considered generic but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate legal; it's a statement about expectations. Could keep as prose. But safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not EEO; it's about performance expectations. Might keep. Also "This job description is not an exhaustive list of areas of responsibility or tasks that an incumbent in this position may be asked to perform." Could keep as prose. We'll keep those as
. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
