Key Responsibilities and Accountability
- Maintain consistency with product specifications for the assigned work area.
- Participate in mandatory safety training as required.
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as required.
- Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Work in a refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion work.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned.
- Work Monday to Saturday.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
