Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Perform job duties according to safety, quality, and processing standards
• At least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to work in various conditions including hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments
• Willingness and ability to work around industrial equipment, stand for extended periods, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements
• Willingness to work in multiple departments and positions as needed and assigned

Education and Experience

• Strong work history and demonstrated dedication to a job
• Previous poultry production experience OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 6-12 months of work history required
