About the role

The Material Coordinator – Receiving is responsible for any of the following: receiving parts, non-conforming receipts management, document retention and tracking for compliance, and problem solving. They manage all receiving transactions and paperwork that flows through the dock and ensure the systems are up to date and accurate to meet all compliance needs. They actively partner with material planning and warehouse teams to minimize outages and dock to stock issues.

This is an on-site role (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all receipts are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure all receiving documents are properly filled out, audited, and stored for compliance checks.
  • Maintain standard work related to receiving and document retention.
  • Document and track all issues that arise in the receiving process.
  • Communicate, document, escalate receiving and compliance issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Problem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work.
  • Analytical: Superior analytical skills.
  • Computer: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, and Outlook (should have Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs and other intermediate Excel knowledge).
  • Communication: Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must have a valid SC driver’s license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift, Yard Dog spotter truck, and golf cart.

Pay

Hourly base pay range: $21.00. Compensation is hourly and may vary depending on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
