1st Shift IHM Welder

About the role

QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC is seeking a safety-conscious welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will weld various production products used in the manufacturing of bowling equipment, including Pin-spotters, Lane Cleaning Machines, Ball Returns, Furniture bases, and String Machines.

Responsibilities

• Weld various production products
• Maintain Company Quality Standards
• Aid in the construction and repair of jigs and fixtures
• Learn and operate various fabrication equipment
• Follow and maintain knowledge of safety protocol
• Consult blueprints to execute jobs and tasks to specification

Requirements

• Ability to read drawings of 3-dimensional parts and understand simple mathematical equations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Use to handling large parts on your own
• MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Knowledge of welding methods for various types of metal
• Skill in using and caring for welding tools and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be a Team Player

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift overhead and handle large parts
• Must be able to work the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and overtime when required

Skills

• Read and work from blueprints
• Ability to follow safety protocols

$20 - $25 biweekly
