About the role
Welder I - 1st Shift Mon-Thu 6am-4:30pm
Location: 10511 Washington Church Rd Miamisburg, OH 45342
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months+ of hands on experience in welding and fabrication applications: cutting, welding/brazing, drilling, marking/engraving, welding of dissimilar metals (a plus)
- Proficient in welding safety, weld filler selection, weld processing parameters, fixturing
- Familiarity and experience with metallurgy, weld joint analysis, backing gas applications
- Strong cognitive and clear communication skills emphasizing attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to lead projects to completion with minimal oversight, and demonstrate significant problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks
