Welder - 1st Shift

About the role

We manufacture air compressors. Will perform wire feed welding, for which you will be certified/trained, including AMSE code pressure vessels. Production type welding using wire feed arc welders. Repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs. Troubleshoot weld problem and make adjustments to correct problem.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand blueprints, learn how to identify welding defects and use weld gauges.
• Safety conscious, quality minded, good work habits and attendance.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED, we will train.
• Welding experience - MIG.
