1st Shift Heavy Duty Assembly

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive lifts and components/accessories
• Aid in implementing 6S initiatives and activities with an emphasis on safety
• Suggest and assist in process improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Assist in fabrication processes as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Understanding and ability to use assembly tools
• Capable of reading a tape measure and understanding blueprint reading
• Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of process interaction
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds
• Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Must be able to work 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday and every other Friday
