Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive lifts and components/accessories
- Aid in implementing 6S initiatives and activities with an emphasis on safety
- Suggest and assist in process improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
- Assist in fabrication processes as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Understanding and ability to use assembly tools
- Capable of reading a tape measure and understanding blueprint reading
- Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of process interaction
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds
- Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Must be able to work 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday and every other Friday
