Responsibilities

• Process meat products safely and efficiently
• Support coworkers and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain a safe and efficient production line
• Ensure products reach families across America
• Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms
• Work shifts and may be required to work overtime
• Work in various environments including cold, warm, wet, and noisy conditions
• Use hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment
• Handle animal blood and carcass parts
• Lift up to 60 lbs as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Willingness to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to stand for up to a 12-hour shift
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and strength
• Ability to work in various environments including cold, warm, wet, and noisy conditions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar production role is preferred
