$19.00/hr (Overtime as needed)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

About the role

The Cherry Picker and Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating both a cherry picker and a sit-down forklift to move, locate, relocate, load, unload, and stack products within the distribution center. This position requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, is flexible in performing a variety of warehouse tasks, is comfortable working at heights while operating elevated equipment, and is willing to perform general labor duties as needed to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker and sit-down forklift to safely move and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Load, unload, relocate, and stage products as directed.
• Perform general labor duties, including packing, sorting, labeling, palletizing, cleaning work areas, and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience with the ability to safely operate both a cherry picker and sit-down forklift.
• Willingness to perform general labor duties in addition to forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify employment eligibility verification process.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination.
