First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays). Enjoy a consistent schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Pay

$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities. Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.
  • Knowledge of product descriptions and production scheduling/tracking and control systems.
  • Receive and store materials in multiple environments including non-production items.
  • Move components/assemblies to meet daily requirements.
  • Contact carriers and provide appropriate shipping documentation.
  • Follow Standardized Work criteria for the use of Kanban, transfers, shipping, and other related procedures.
  • Ensure that all applicable pre-and-post-trip equipment inspections are completed in a timely manner.
  • Rotate jobs as required to maintain cross training.
  • Participate in problem solving and other continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Safely and efficiently load, unload, and deliver components/assemblies to facilities as needed operating our equipment including forklifts and up to a 26’ box truck.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stable work history
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Forklift Experience
  • Chauffeurs License with a DOT card is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
