About the role

Lippert is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Document damaged product
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as part of job function
• Pass forklift certification and drive a forklift daily
• Use Factory Talk and Navision software
• Conduct searches and open cartons/bundles
• Weigh and mark product
• Report discrepancies and damaged products
• Communicate and develop process enhancements
• Avoid safety violations and maintain a clean workspace
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Organize and prioritize tasks
• Respond to time-critical issues
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Adapt to change in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Qualifications

• Computer literacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed orientation
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to pass forklift certification test
• Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed

Pay

Schedule

This is a full-time hourly position, with hours decided by production and your Manager. Travel would be minimal, if any, and primarily local during the business day.
