About the role
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving discrepancies across multiple areas of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple areas of the plant
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis to prevent production disruptions
- Compare system inventory levels against physical counts and resolve variances
- Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, inventory records, and related documents
- Aid in Engineering Change Order (ECO) physical part exchanges
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
- Use ERP screens to research, track, and resolve inventory issues
- Ensure proper storage methods, labeling, and organization of inventory for easy access
- Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies
- Participate in Tier 1 meetings and provide updates on inventory investigations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams
- Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy
- Ensure damaged or defective materials are properly handled and disposed of per procedures
- Partner with teams to improve inventory traceability and organization standards
Requirements

- Inventory Experience
- Manufacturing Experience
- Highschool Diploma/GED

Pay
The pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. The hourly rate is 20.75 plus bonus eligible + benefits.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with OT as needed by the business.
