1st Shift - CNC Machinist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Run CNC machines to meet production targets.
• Set up machines and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures) and inspection equipment to verify part dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints (customer and company-provided).
• Make programming adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical school or equivalent related experience/training.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, squat, and twist.
• Able to meet deadlines and work overtime as required.
• Experience with CNC programming (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
