1st Shift (7:00am -3:30pm) Capacitor Assembly

1st Shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Assemble film capacitors from specifications and work orders
• Work efficiently, following steps in the process to maintain workflow on the production floor
• Pull and prepare parts for jobs
• Fill in for absent team members when required
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices
• Able to convert decimals to fractions
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment
• Strong attendance record
• Previous production experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Full body mobility and good eyesight
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Constant alertness and attention to detail
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand full shift
