1st Shift (7:00am -3:30pm) Capacitor Assembly

About the role

Assemble film capacitors from specifications and work orders. Work efficiently, following steps in the process to maintain workflow on the production floor. Pull and prepare parts for jobs. Fill in for absent team members when required. Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Schedule

1st Shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices
• Able to convert decimals to fractions
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment
• Strong attendance record
• Previous production experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Full body mobility and good eyesight
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Constant alertness and attention to detail
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand full shift
