About the role

Responsible for organizing, implementing, and providing an educational program where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in planning and delivering an educational program that engages student learning.
• Uses assessment to promote student learning and motivates students to engage in the learning process.
• Creates an environment that promotes respect, rapport, and learning, establishing effective relationships with students.
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professional behavior.
• Supports the mission and values of the school, supports the programs and priorities of the department, division, and school, and attends and participates in required meetings, school events, and committee work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minnesota Department of Education licensure
