Benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of service.

Must be at least 17 years of age; if under 18, working papers are required
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Must pass a pre-placement screening that tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat
Must be able to lift 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Vision corrected to 20/30 or better with normal depth perception and peripheral vision

Execute daily and weekly inventory counts through a defined full and cycle count strategy to ensure accuracy of on-hand raw materials
Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and reports within required timeframes
Analyze inventory discrepancies and variances, ensuring effective resolution
Maintain and update AS400 inventory daily to ensure accuracy of materials
Validate delivery paperwork against purchase orders and verify accuracy
Communicate and collaborate effectively across departments to achieve high outcomes
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all company departments
Proactively identify problems and craft creative solutions
Provide the Sales team with inventory reports to assist with product ordering
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Flexible schedule, including weekend work as coverage is needed

1–3 years of related experience in logistics, inventory control, and/or warehousing required; 3+ years preferred
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; advanced skills preferred
Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proactive problem-solver with a track record of creative solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to internal and external customers

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
Frequently required to bend, stretch, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally required to sit and taste or smell
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
