Inventory Control Coordinator, 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily inventory operations
• Maintaining system accuracy
• Supporting process improvements through data-driven analysis
• Monitoring material usage variances
• Executing cycle counts and adjustments
• Generating inventory performance reports
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis
• Analyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
• Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiency
• Participate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow-through
• Coach internal employees to use SAP
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation
• Contribute to cross-functional continuo

Pay

The salary range for this role is $25.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.
