(1A) Senior Maintenance Tech

About the role

The Senior Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and systems within the facility. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Document all work performed and communicate findings to relevant personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
