(1A) Senior Maintenance Tech

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within a facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems
• Install and troubleshoot new equipment as needed
• Document all work performed and communicate with supervisors as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or repair
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
