1844 - Program Management Analyst - Onsite - Patuxent River, MD - Active Secret Required

Onsite support for PMA-231 serving a War-fighter customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA.
• Provide reports, respond to data calls, and attend meetings as required.
• Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports.
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
• Forecast project future expenditures.
• Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets.
• Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions.
• Perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis).
• Work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present briefing slides.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience assisting with management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA.
• Experience analyzing financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports.
• Experience preparing reports and projections based on financial data.
• Experience forecasting project future expenditures, monitoring budgets, and comparing actual performance against project targets.
• Experience working with project schedules, tracking tasks, and providing statuses to leadership and the PMA.
• Experience preparing clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions.
• Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP.
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Pay

Likely salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
